Deborah Helms

Deborah Helms is a certified Physician's Assistant specializing in bio identical hormonal replacement for women. She uses a natural individualized approach to restore a women to a more balanced state. She sees women with PMS symptoms, women in the peri-menopausal stage of life, and women that have gone through menopause.

Deborah has studied the hormones for over 15 years. One of her mentors is Dr. C. W. Randolph that has written two books: From Hormone Hell to Hormone Well and From Belly Fat to Belly Flat

If you are interested in the bio identical replacement of hormones, she recommends that you read one or both of these books to give you a better idea of her approach to hormonal replacement.
